Limited Warranty

Reach Key includes a 3 year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship when used as intended. The intent of Reach Key is to access and activate floor-mounted retractor systems in wheelchair vehicles during wheelchair loading.

Warranty does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or use outside its intended purpose. For claims, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
