We stand behind every Reach Key product. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 100 days of purchase - for no cost other than shipping it back to us.

How to Return

  • Contact us at our contact page to initiate a return.
  • We do ask that you provide standard shipping with tracking.
  • Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 100 days of the delivery date.
